I’ve been sitting with an amazing amount of ideas in my head, yet you have only seen a small handful come to fruition.
You see, without one main word, those idea stay stuck in my noggin: Create.
Ideas are just figments, until they become reality. And the reality is I’ve struggled with content creation. Most think I’m some kind of expert, but I could be doing so much more. But the fight has been more with getting it right than just getting it done.
I know understand Nike’s slogan, “Just Do It”.
Take Gary Vaynerchuk, someone I look up to in the “get shit done” game. That’s his overall message. Just create.
And then I looked up his first video.
Yes, 10 years ago. But look where he is now.
I also chose his latest video for a reason, as I sit on vacation, it really spoke to me. The get off your butt and start doing part. All of it.
I’m not sure where this will take me, but I’m sure it will take me somewhere. Somewhere I’ve been fighting to get to for years, and not knowing how to get there. I just need to start walking, cause there really is no map.
While on said holidays, I’ve been collecting footage, mainly of my family doing family things, but content none the less. Footage that I can create from.
So that’s why I’m here, doing this site, unsure of where this takes my other sites and projects. But who knows, maybe this is a kick in the pants that the other stuff needs to get me further in the game.
